Neor is a sovereign AI company. We build and operate the full stack — infrastructure, models, and the applications on top — on hardware our customers own, inside their own jurisdiction, and then hand it over to their engineers.
That is not where we started. Neor spent years running Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production infrastructure for telecom operators, banks, holdings, and public bodies. Sovereign AI is what that work makes possible: the hard part was never the model, it was everything underneath it.
